because of the new baby I did not have time yet to create an icloud or backup
can I retrieve data from my stolen iphone
it means the world as I lost all pictures of my baby

Hi When you charge your iPhone is should have been backup to iCloud If you have another Apple device use same Apple ID /Password If not wait until you get replacement iphone use same Apple ID photos may be in the cloud ? Have you told the police and your network provider . Cheers Brian
No I was stupid enough not to plug in the iphone in the computer for a month, while attending to my new born.
It is actually a company phone so they will likely want me to remotely wipe the phone. I didnt have the heart yet, as the "find my iphone" will then stop.
I did read that, when remotely wiping your iphone, a copy with your data will be saved on icloud. But this is likely only accessed via the same device, is it?
I feel terrible that I allowed this to happen.
