Sample rate song set incoherence

I'm encountering a not easy solution problem.

A studio far from me sent me a song with its all related audio files to make the mix. This song opens in 44.100 sample rate setting whereas all files in the arrange are at 88.200. So when I play the song, audio is played slower that it should be. Now, I tried to change sample rate song set, but in this case all sequences lose their sync....

I don't know what happened on this song, but I'm wondering if I can find a solution to fix it and work
