I forgot my appleid password so ı tried to reset but ı can't get reset E-mail , ı also forgot the reset questions ,How can ı get reset password E-mail ?

If you aren't receiving the reset email (you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on your primary email address, and if you have one the rescue email account ?) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the password (and security questions) reset.
