Quit or force quit Safari, then restart Safari while holding the Shift key.

Do not call the number.

Safari locked with Mac security alert

You're welcome. If the message has disappeared from your screen, and you are able to use Safari again, yes. These messages are annoying, but usually do no harm, UNLESS, you call the number presented, or allow the scammers access to your computer. Post back if issues continue.
