Preview button is missing on iTunes website

After formatting my OS + Drive C, when I'm trying to listen to previews on itunes.apple.com there is no button for playing a preview.

Here's a screenshot of what's missing:

I've tried both Chrome and IE, and the button was missing from both browsers.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate.

I've tried installing iTunes and reinstalling Quicktime and that wasn't helpul.

Any ideas?
