restarting contineously

Hello Sir/Mam,

Ihave been using apple 5c from 1 since i brought bt its from 1 month it is been getting more problematic as the problems its is i have been charge it to 100% and unplug the charger as soon as i turn on packet data or wifi it switch off and if i turn it on then it shows battery empty symbol it is been creating a problem for me please give me solution for this waiting for your reply
