Safari does not allow alternate paper sizes

Recently safari does not allow different paper sizes. The printer is an "HP OfficeJet Pro 8600". This feature has always worked up until 2 days ago. All other Apps still still allow different paper sizes. The drop down menu for paper size does not drop down. Is there some way to fix this problem?

OS X Yosemite (10.10)

Open the Printers & Scanners preference pane in System Preferences and delete the print queue, then add it back. If there's no change, reset the printing system .
