i bought this iphone didint knew it was stolen but now i cant use it i try to call the original owner but they r unavailable , what should i du , i s[pent all my savings to but this crap, plz help me to work it out , thx.

There is nothing you can do. Without the ID and password of the original owner the phone is permanently useless. If you have reason to believe it's stolen you should turn it in to the police anyway - they might be able to trace the original owner in ways you can't - and you have no right to keep it anyway.
