I used my Iwatch for the first time today to go running. It was on low battery upon returning so put it on charge. Have since gone to put it on my wrist and now it's coming up as paused??? How do I unpause? Have tried all buttons. Any ideas anyone? Thank you. 😕

It sounds like you are talking about the Workout app on the Apple Watch.
Force Touch the display to bring up the Pause/End screen. If it's currently paused, the pause button changes to resume.
Use the Workout app on Apple Watch - Apple Support
To end or pause a Workout, Force Touch the display to see Pause/End. You can also swipe all the way to the left to see the Pause/End view in Workout.
