Safari + DuckDuckGo history missing

My Safari browser does not list sites accessed through the Duckduckgo search engine in its history. No problem with FF or Chrome. No problem with Safari + Google search. Running latest Safari/Yosemite, two separate computers. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks.
