My Macbook Pro continues to have kernel panics! Please help

Question

My MacBook Pro Mid 2010 15 inch continues to have kernel panics. I have no idea what is causing it. I just did a fresh reinstall of Yosemite.I am not sure if it is hardware or software. I am leaning towards software, but I am not sure. Can someone please help me out and solve this problem?
