Family member has passed away help with apple account
hi, Does anyone have a link for instructions on what to do when a family member dies and we would like to access their account and close it?

You need to contact Apple and explain the situation. They will ask for documentation - I would have thought a death certificate and/or the probate notice. I should start with their contact for security issues - if they can't help you they can hopefully point you in the right direction.
