Hey, Touch ID will not work ... At a loss as to what to do next .. Did try it another persons figure but no joy, any help would be appreciated, thanks

Hi you need to follow prompts onthe screen if you get stuck Go to Settings Restore to Factory Settings and start again Do Restore over your WiFi Use same Apple ID If you still have problems make an Appointment at Apple Store . Cheers Brian

Hi Go to settings Greneral bottom of page RESET Then follow the screen prompts After setup use same Apple ID & password then you will get all your Apps /Data back This will get rid of any bugs Do the setup over your WiFi . Cheers Brian
Hey, did that & still no joy ! Frus treating to say the least ... would it be best to bring back to phone shop or go into a store that is an apple seller ?
