What do i do if i bought my ipod touch in the apple store and the Activation Ipod did not work and (c*****@yahoo.com was what on the screan but i never had that email before what do i do

If you are the original purchases of the iPod and have proof or purchase then Apple should be able to help
If you purchased it second hand then you have to
