My girlfriend just bought this iphone 4 off of somebody from facebook, its disabled and i recoverec the phone myself. but i cannot activate the phone because there is an apple id already on the phone. is there any way to get the apple id off of this phone?

No there is not. Activation Lock will prevent you from activating the phone. If the previous owner will not remove it, then the device is useless to you. Try returning it for a refund.
Bought a disabled iphone with an apple id on it. the person wont respond to me to give me the apple id. is there anyway to get the apple id off of the iphone?
