Q: delete from camera

Where did the option go after importing to delete all from camera???

If you are using iCloud Photo Library and delete them from any device they will be deleted from all - the original photos is on iCloud Photo Library and (if you have checked optimize photos) a small optimized version is on your IOS device

    Where did the option go after importing to delete all from camera???

    The option is still there, if you are importing from a card reader or a camera, that supports it. But you cannot delete the photos from an iPhone or an iPad with iOS 8,  if these devices are syncing with iCloud Photo Library.  Then the photos are stored in iCloud and not on the device.

    Yes, iPhone 6plus. So my only option is to go into and delete 2,000 from my phone one by one then, correct?

    My photos go from the phone to the cloud but they still stay on the phone and take up space.
