My ipad wont turn on because of lack of space

Hey,

my ipad 2 wont turn on because apparently lack of space... it says it has just 3mt free on windows folder and before I rebooted (and it got stuck that way) it, ipad was really slow and barely responded. Now it's when connected to computer just flashing apple logo and won't turn on, tried reboot using the home and power button but didn't help. How can I make space to my ipad, or delete files, or anything, don't really have anything important on it so if there's way to remove all I'm happy to try it out. For some reason even iTunes won't load apps on my ipad.
