Motion & Fitness not on my iPhone 5C

Trying to set up my wife's iPhone 5C to use the Health app, but when I go into Settings>Privacy> to turn on the Motion & Fitness options, there is no Motion & Fitness app. I can find no way to make it appear from some other sub-menu, either.

Not available in the App Store, either. Now what do I do?

I believe only the iPhone 6 and 6+ have the processors needed for this feature.

Motion & Fitness is not an App. Its a section within the Privacy Settings where you can allow or disallow access to the Motion and fitness data to Apps that request it, including the Heallh App.

However, the iPhone 5C does not have the Motion co-processor required to gather this data, so no data to allow access to. The Motion and Fitness section is not present in the iPhone 5C, because it does not have the ability to natively track that data.

fitness tracking - No Motion & Fitness

You will need to use a 3rd party fitness tracker to get that info into the Health App.
