my ipad 4 keeps resetting

ipad 4 16gb wifi only retina plus

iOS 8.3

keeps crashing to black screen, then logo appears, repeats this for a while, eventually password screen comes saying I have to enter password after a reset, do this , may be ok or may simply crash again

battery at 100%

all updates to apps are current, not got many on anyway

first started a few months back and I found I needed to update some games angry birds etc, did this and problem solved but now everything is updated and problem back

Try restoring to Factory Settings. This will reload a fresh copy of the iOS software onto your device:

Restore to Factory: Connect your device to iTunes on your computer, backup, and then select Restore to Factory.
