Trying to delete Win32.Apost

I am trying to delete two worms that my antivirus has picked up. I found some info online telling to delete through the finder but although I have the file path of both worms, they're within the Library and the Libary doesn't show. Although these appear to be a windows virus I don't want to pass it on inadvertantly to windows users so would like to delete. The file path below although I've replaced my name and email address. How can I get rid of this. Simply typing it into the finder does not work.

Having read it again it also has the following line: PartNo_0#379013097/readme.exe#2704403180

with the Infection name in the next column (I used Avast Mac Security) to detect.

But I can't find this in the finder either.
