How do I sync my albums from the photo app on my mac with my iPhone.

With iPhoto there used to be the function in iTunes to sync i.e. the last three events. Found that very useful but can't find it with new Photos App in iTunes? There is also no way to just have selected albums on iCloud, otherwise would have done it that way. I really liked iPhoto and think it is much more user friendly than Photos. Please help!
