I can't receive my e-mails

I have a me.com mail address and I can send e-mails but I can’t receive. When my friends send me a e-mail they receive the following message: “Your message has been enqueued and undeliverable for 2 days to the following recipients…” “Delivery attempt history for your mail: Sat, 23 May 2015 21:49:29 +0000 (GMT) Error reading SMTP packet; response to dot-stuffed message expected; likely problem with network or remote SMTP server”

But when I send them a e-mail it works well. I verified everything and it seemed to be Ok. I have another icloud.com mail address and it works well in the same machine. Thanks for your help.
