Q: black screen on startup

I get no screen at all after pushing the power button. The Apple on the back of the 13" mac Book Pro is lit up. The power chord shows a full charge. I tried to do a Diagnositc startup by holding D at startup but nothing changes. Help!

It sounds as if you are getting no video on your MacBook Pro's internal display. Let's see if we can get you up and running.
