I'm trying to keep a time card that calculates daily hours and weekly hours. For a one week time frame if the hours add up to over forty hours, I want to put the daily regular hours up to 40 hours in one cell and weekly OT hours in another cell. Ex. I work M-F for 45 hours. On Friday I worked 8 hours and it puts 3 hours in regular cell and 5 hours in OT cell.

The Employee Schedule template (access the Template Chooser via File > New) may suit your needs. Or, if it doesn't, it may give you some ideas on how to deal with OT.
