Computer won't boot dim screen and no power light

i shutdown computer and no it just attempts restart. Power light flashes, noticed dim account logos with no backlight, after 15 minutes boots to language and password reset screens, restart and it does the same thing. Tried srm reset.

runningOx 10 not sure which version.
