the ipad ask me about the currently linked to an apple ID, but the probmle that i foregat the apple ID e-mail and the password. what should i do ?

i'm not just forget my password i also forget my apple ID too !!

of course i did. it just a reset for the password.
No, it isn't a reset for a password, it is to recover your Apple ID. I'm taking it you used a hotmail account for your Apple ID at one time?
How can you forget your Apple ID? It's your email address!
Then fill out that form. And as Lawrence said, you really can't remember your email addresses?

I already did, and yeah I forgot the whole of it; I wouldn't ask you guys if I didn't.
You might look around for someone to help you with memory issues. Or an app to train your memory. Or do you have 20 or so email accounts.
So if you have filled out the form then you wait until they respond.

No one here can help you if you're suffering such complete memory loss that you have no idea what your email address is. If you bought it new from an authorized source, then call Apple or make an appointment at the genius bar. Take the device and the original proof of purchase with you. If you can't provide the relevant documentation, and no one on Apple's account security team can verify your Apple ID, then recycle it responsibly. Next time, keep track of what your email address is. There is no way to bypass the activation lock. It's a brick.
