Q: i forgot my apple id so i tried to reset it through iforgot.com and seleted the option reset by email but i am not receiving the email

i forgot my apple id so i tried to reset it through iforgot.com and seleted the option reset by email but i am not receiving the email.

i tried many times but not getting the reset mail
