Why can't people listen to the podcast from iTunes?

Hello community,

I hope you all can help me!

My podcast has been accepted to iTunes and the episodes and information go to the page, but most people still are unable to download or listen to the podcast from iTunes--they have to go back to our website.

Here is the iTunes page:

and here is the RSS feed:

Any help you guys could provide would be fantastic! Thank you so much!

The URL given for the media file of your top episode is

www.changeovertennis.com/podcast-download/19655/the-changeover-podcast-no-3-in-w hich-we-become-clayvoyant-and-preview-the-french-open.m4a

(I've left the http:// off because the forum will truncate such a long URL).

This redirects to the same URL with a slash on the end, and brings up the web page for your podcast. Obviously you must provide a working link directly to the media file.
