Cannot sign in "report a problem"

I bought an app and it's not compatible with my current IOS system. I want to report this problem and get refund.


However, I cannot sign in the "report a problem" page with correct password. If I type in wrong password, it will remind. If I type in the wright one, nothing happens.


I tried both chrome and safari on a mac pro with OS 10.9.2.

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.


I'm not sure why your Apple ID password would be rejected at the reportaproblem page. I'm assuming the password works elsewhere.


You could also try the alternate path of the iTunes Support page,


iTunes - Apple Support


When you click "Contact Support" at the left it takes you to a page where you can Contact iTunes Store support.
