I tried to sync the video & photos to ipad. All photos are doing well, but certain video cannot sync (regardless of the size). I tried to delete the folder, change the folder name etc... but still not working... anyone can help me?😢

I Had the same problem. The file your video is saved as is not compatible with the iPad. Here is what you can do, unfortunately it has to be done to every video you would like to transfer.....
~You have to move the videos to iTunes
~Videos will be under Home Videos, Select each video you would like to convert
~Go to File on the menu bar
~Create New Version
~Select the version for the device you would like to put the video on.
why not all video (save from iphone to computer) can be synchronise to ipad
