Need to sync with Outlook on a new computer

I sync my iphone 6 with Outlook on my desktop. I'm traveling in the coming week, and would like to sync to Outlook on my Surface Pro 3. i've authorized the computer with iTunes, but when i connect iphone, i don't see any options about sync-ing calendars or address books.
