Logic Pro X 10.1.1 works but will mainstage 3 work on a MacBook Pro with OS X 10.9.4?

I recently purchased and downloaded Logic Pro X version 10.1.1 for my MacBook Pro which is using OS X 10.9.4 and it seems to be working great. I would also like to purchase mainstage 3, will it work on OS X 10.9.4? I really don't want to upgrade operating systems just yet.... thanks for your help.
