They will repair it under an existing AppleCare warranty, but not if you have the standard one-year warranty.
It says my product is 'covered for eligible hardware repairs and service under Apple's Limited Warranty.'
"Limited" being the operative word here: accidental damage is not covered under the warranty.
They will repair it, but you will have to pay the out of warranty fee for the repair.

A limited warranty would cover a screen replacement if a manufacturing defect were in play, but damage to the screen is not a manufacturing defect.
Can apple replace my screen, if accidental damage has occurred?
