Can i restore the emails that couldn't be sent or received while i had no iCloud storage?

I stopped being able to send or receive emails because i had no more iCloud storage. i have bought more storage but want to know if there is a way to recover the emails that i wrote but never delivered, or the emails that may have been sent to me but i couldn't receive them.
