I have lost my iTunes and App Store. How do I get back, all help welcome cheers

They should still be there. You have moved them. They are default apps, so you cannot delete them. Try searching for them.

I Know there standerd but they have desapeared n I don't know how to get them back.
Restore: Connect your iPhone to iTunes on your computer, backup, and then select Restore to Factory. This will restore iOS completely.
This will remove everything so be sure to make a backup first.
Your right but I was hoping for an easier option
I gave you the easier option but you said you could not find them.
Those apps can be hidden by Restrictions. Go to Settings>general>Restrictins and see if the Restrictions that hides those is set.
Note that it is passcode protected. If

- Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and restore via iTunes. For how to restore: iTunes: Restoring iOS software
You have to either:
- Restore from a backup that was make before you added the Restrictions passcode. If you restore from a backup made with the Restrictions passcode the Restrictions passcode is also restored.
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod
