itunes says i need 5.3 GB extra to sync, my iphone 5c has 4GB used

Hi I am trying to sync my 16 GB iphone 5c, itunes says i need an extra 5.3GB additional space. My phone has 4GB used space and 8 GB free space. I have already deleted all my music to help. wasa b.
