Change Macbook Air SSD

I find that the SSD comes with my Macbook Air 11" (mid 2012 version) is kind of slow, compare with my other laptop which is using SSD as well

I plan to change the current SSD. Is there any recommendation?

*Macbook air is still under Apple Care warranty, but I googled and some ppl said is ok to swap( as long as when I need warranty the machine, I just swap it back the original Apple one)

Several comments:

Your AppleCare runs for three years. So it is not valid for too much longer.
See especially item 1.7 here: http://images.apple.com/legal/sales-support/terms/repair/generalservice/Service_ Terms_English.pdf I believe replacing the SSD would almost certainly void your AppleCare coverage.
Though there are places that offer replacement SSDs, they are not supposed to be replaced in MacBook Air.

Your MBA may be relatively slow for other reasons than the SSD. What there the respective specifications of the MBA and the other laptop? What type of tests have you done to compare the two? Have you been able to eliminate or account for all of the variables?
