Corrupted iTunes backup

Ok just got home from a long trip abroad and brought home lots of photos. Also during the trip i noticed that my personal hotspot drops connections for no reason, so i decided to update to 8.3 when i got home. I updated successfully but during restoring of the backup it said corrupt backup (I clicked restore not update). I checked windows %appdata% and the backup folder is the right size. I am using the latest version of iTunes and I have an iPhone 6 64GB. Help me pls
