Ive just bought a second hand iPhone 6 plus from a pawn shop and when I got home I restored it tried to activate it but cant because it's asking for the previous owners Apple ID and password which I don't know and I don't know the person can anyone advise me on what to do please

Go back to the pawn shop. Have them contact the original owner to release the phone.
