i use office for mac 2011. I've been changing language of word but i couldn't save it. Also i couldn't open these word files with pages. how can i solve it ?

It sounds like an encoding mismatch. There may not be any way to solve this in Word itself. Could you copy paste some of the text here?
When you save from Word make sure you save as Unicode encoding.

when i open some word files the turkish characters are broken. how i can solve it?
