Restore from iCloud Backup option does not appear after erasing all data and entering the setup process.
It gets all the way through to the home screen.
At what point should it have appeared?
Is there anything I can do to make it appear?
When I check iCloud manage data I can definitely see the backup exists.
This is on and iPad 4 running iOS 8.3

Problem solved.
The first time I tried this the erase option wasn't available in the General menu. I had to use iTunes to do the reset & erase.
After the iPad had restarted the erase option became available in the general menu.
When I tried it again, the option to restore from iCloud became available.
Weird.
Note that clicking on any of the backups causes them, to be restored immediately. There is no option to check the backup size or any other data.
