Hi there, is is possible to sell call credits without using in app purchase, inside the app? We sell minutes to call other countries, and we want to allow users to make payments within the app. These minutes have a cost to us from wholesalers. Using in-app purchase will dramatically increase the cost to the user if Apple takes a 30% cut.
If it's a digital good that will be consumed from within the app, you have to pay Apple.

And how do you know this app is not paying Apple's iAP fees?
because i have downloaded this app and they are taking all my credit card details and proceed payment without my itune id or inapp purchase, there is no pop like we have when we implement inapp purchases, that's why i m asking. i'll be really thankful to you if you guide me what i m missing. Please find attached images.
This app may have slipped through the review process.
No app should be asking you for personal details like that.
iAP obviates the need for that as the developer gets paid via Apple's back end.
