Okay so my friend is locked out of her iPhone and it wont hard reset and she cant do anything on iTunes because she is locked out. We don't know what ios it is as she didn't update recently so its either a late 7 or 8. When she tried with the hard recent it kept failing. its an iPhone 4.
Will she have to pay to get it sorted or is there any other way at all?

Hi Turn iPhone OFF connect lead to USB on your PC Press & hold power button down on iPhone don't let go Connect lead to iPhone keep power button pressed down until PC sees iphone Wait for Restore Do this on pc that as been used before for this iPhone . Cheers Brian
