How do I delete my payment method?

Greetings,

I was trying to reput my credit card information but it said the payment method was declined. How can I have this fixed?

I can't update a app in AppStore.. getting error messages to verify payment information how can I delete my old gift card information out of my phone?

Access your account in the App Store and change it there. Look on the right side near the top.
