No matching provisioning profiles found And CodeSign error: code signing is required for product type 'Application' in SDK 'iOS 8.3'

I've been working on an iPhone project with

iOS 8.3,

Xcode 6.3 having Os X Yosemite version 10.10.3

when i connect device to test App , getting error as below

CodeSign error: code signing is required for product type 'Application' in SDK 'iOS 8.3'

and

No matching provisioning profiles found:

I've successfully submitted 4 builds to Apple over the past 2 weeks and now I'm getting the same error as the OP! Nothing has changed in the Dev Portal and nothing has changed locally on my computer. This is the kind of stuff that irks me with Apple.
