Device name
I have an iphone 4s which I use with a portuguese SIM card and an IPhone 6 which I use with a UK SIM card.
Is it possible to alter their names on iTunes so that I can easily identify which one I am connecting.

HI. Navigate to settings/tap general/ About.
Tap on the fist line with the name of your phone
Rename your device and tap done
