Deleted my email id connected with my apple id! how can i recover my apple id now?

i made my iphone reset and forgot to delete the find my iphone app, now my iphone is asking for the apple id and passwrd which is connected with iclour! and i dont really remember my password! i deleted my gmail id connected with my apple id and i am not able to recover it from gmail. And if i try to recover my password from i cloud it is sending email to the gmail id which is now deleted! can anyone help me in this ??
