A family member has left me his iPhone 6 (he leave the country), so, because is an used iPhone, Do I need to have any information for restore it? I don't want to have problems with iCloud or nothing else. Please... any advice? Thanks!

Once that is completed you can restore as new and start as new but not until it is completed
