Why do I need to turn on iTunes Match every time I open iTunes 12.1.2 for Windows?

I am running iTunes 12.1.2 on my work PC. Every time I close itunes and re-open it, I have to turn off itunes match, and then turn it on and sign on again. Then my iTunes has to go through the whole "updating your iTunes Match" thing. Is anyone else having this issue? I am also having the same issue with iTunes Radio. every time I close the program, I have to log back into iTunes Radio.

Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing?
