My iphone 5s shows Blue screen and doesnt start

Hi,

I have purchased an Iphone from US and now i am in India now.

My Iphone is showing Blank Blue Screen. When i visited Apple service Center in India

they are asking us to have it sent back to US and get it replaced.

This is not a good Service at all. Its only a month old i have purchased.

Please reply me soon.

Good service has nothing to do with it.

The warranty is not international, and that is why you will have to send it to the US for service. Next time, buy the phone in the country you intend to use it in.

Unfortunately iPhones do not have international warranty. It can be repaired only in the county it was purchased.
